Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to any use of the services provided by Pantheon Systems, Inc. (“Pantheon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you the user (“Subscriber” or “you”). Subscriber has separately entered a services agreement (“Agreement”) with Pantheon and this AUP are deemed “Supplemental Terms” within the meaning of the Agreement . These Supplemental Terms take effect on the earlier of: the last date a party signs, when you click an “Accept” button or by your use of any of the Services (the “Effective Date”). All capitalized terms are as defined in the Agreement except as set out herein.

If you suspect or have knowledge of any activity in violation of this AUP or the Pantheon Terms of Service, please promptly report such matters to In conjunction with the Services, you are expressly prohibited from the following activities:

(a) Provide or permit access to the Services or any part thereof except for the sole use of End User;
(b) Copy, distribute or otherwise use the Services or any part thereof in any manner to compete with or substitute for the Services;
(c) Use the Services to send unsolicited e-mails, bulk mail, spam or other materials to users of the UI or any other individual;
(d) Use the Services to process or store Restricted Data as set out in the Agreement and in all cases requiring a standard of protection more stringent or specific than reasonable technical, physical, and procedural safeguards against disclosure;
(e) Subscriber is at least 13 years of age as no one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to Pantheon (including, for example, a name, address, telephone number or e-mail address);
(f) Use the Services in any libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive, or manner that otherwise violates your obligations hereunder, any law, or protected right of any third party;
(g) Use the Services to process or store any data that is export controlled under International Traffic Arms Regulations or otherwise controlled by the US Department of State;
(h) Use the Services in the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, or other uses where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage;
(i) Using the Services to operate or enable any telecommunications service or allow End Users to place calls or to receive calls from any public switched telephone network;
(j) Attempt to breach Pantheon’s security or authentication measures, whether by passive or intrusive techniques or otherwise remove or circumvent any form of protection designed to prevent or inhibit unauthorized use or copying of the Services (i.e., using the Services to harm Pantheon);
(k) Contains any computer programming routine or engine that is intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information (i.e., using the Services to launch attacks on Pantheon or third parties);
(l) Perform or publish any performance or benchmark tests or analyses relating to the Services, or the use thereof; or
(m) Cover or obscure any page or part of the Services via HTML, CSS, scripting, or any other means.
